WieFit’s Healthiest Pizza in the World

3 cups cauliflower
3 cups  reduced fat mozzarella cheese
3 eggs
3 tsp. dried oregano
1 ½  tsp. crushed garlic
1 ½ garlic salt
¼ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
Olive oil

Put cauliflower in food processer and pulse  or grate cauliflower.
Microwave for 8 min. in microwave. (do not add water)
Preheat oven 450 and spray cookie sheet
Stir cauliflower, eggs, cheese, and spices
Divide mixture by 3
Pat out 3- 9” pizzas on cookie sheet
Brush with olive oil
Bake 15-20 min

Top with favorite toppings and broil for 3-4 min. until cheese melts
